For the avid football fans among you, Sheffield has two famous football clubs to its credit, Sheffield Wednesday and United. Other popular spectator sports include Rugby League, Speedway, Ice Hockey, Ice Skating and Greyhound Racing. Culture lovers will be impressed with the outstanding Galleries and Museums including the Millennium Galleries which house four Galleries showing major national exhibitions, including the Ruskin Gallery. The newest addition to the Sheffield skyline is the stunning Winter Garden, a £5.5 million structure which has proved popular with locals eager to escape the winter blues.
