Home > Ingleton | The caves of Ingleton have been famous for centuries. The underground world of White Scar Caves takes you on an underground tour for eighty minutes. It is open all year round and is located just outside of Ingleton on the B6255 road to Hawes.(www.whitescarcave.co.uk/frame.htm). Waterfalls are also a key feature in Ingleton. Organised waterfall walks take place through woodland gorges with spectacular scenery. The trail is open everyday from 9am, there is a small entrance charge for the upkeep of the paths. |
| There is a wide array of amenities in Ingleton, including tearooms, mountain bike hire shops, and fish and chip shops. Accommodation is available in old farmhouses bed and breakfast style, pubs in ingleton offer B & B and ther are holiday cottages that can sleep upto 22 people in converted barns. Self-catering accommodation can be found in camping and caravan sites nearby. |
