A Horror of Great Darkness, Gothic from the Brontes to Twilight: Dr Catherine Spooner explores our continuing obsession with the gothic and shows how the genre influences contemporary culture, from literature and film through to fashion, advertising and music - 7pm - West Lane Baptist Centre, Haworth - Tickets £5 from jenna.holmes@bronte.org.uk / 01535 640188.

This is the closing event in a study day at the museum, exploring the Brontës' relationship with the gothic through a programme of events, talks and lectures. The day is primarily aimed at A- Level students but there may be places available for interested members of the public. More information to follow soon!
