Before you buy a static caravan on this park make sure you check out your resale options as they are very limited.

We had a 3 day break at this park but unfortunately on monday the 21/7/08 the electricity on westfield was off all day. Also the sportsman bar was closed due to the power failure you do not expect this from a major park operator .

This park has been spoilt by park resorts it used to be a family park, now foul language and drunks are common on site.only go to this park if you like to spend loads of money and get no sleep.

park resorts bought this park in oct 2007 caravans doubled in price, standards of service are very poor from sales team.owners are unhappy with not been able to advertise your caravan for sale on site leaving,No option but to sell back to park resorts for very low value .Are they now trying to sell this park .

We had 4 fantastic years on this park, unfortunately when Park Resorts took over in October 2007 things changed for the worse.
The park became extremely busy, we where unable to sleep, had drunks staggering passed the caravan at all hours using awful language. This was a quiet peaceful park with reasonably priced caravans, it is now an over priced hangout for drunks and loud people.

The previous post is extremely accurate. Taken over by Park Resorts whose sole aim is to get as much money out of you as possible..An previously excellent site which has now been ruined by money grabbers

It was a good site until it got taken over at the end of 2007 by Park Resorts. If you want to go there now then make sure you get a Bank Loan before you set off

Well skipsea sands is a great place to go for any occasion! I have been going for the last 3 years and it just keeps getting better! I am now looking forward to buying a static caravan there so we can visit more often! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THERE!
