To get the most out of our
web site you have two ways of searching for information. Firstly
you can use our main Search Engine. Just choose your 'Town' from
the drop-down list. Then select your 'Category' i.e. Hotels, Bed
& Breakfast,etc from the second listing. Select 'Go' and view
the results. Alternatively you can do a 'Key Word Search' by keying
in any word, phrase or selection of words. Your results will then
shown as a listing on screen. Secondly, by using the links on the
left hand side of the screen you can choose to select more relevant
information to the Town and Category you have selected. |

My friend and I stayed at The Manning Tree last night. I wanted to write a review immediately! The owners were so very helpful, and the room was immaculate, so pretty and fresh with every thing we could possibly need including chocs and a fridge for milk and ice. Breakfast excellent too. I wish we lived closer so we could become regulars.

We stayed here April '09 and l just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was. Manningtree is without doubt the best B+B we have ever stayed in and Katy and Steve are wonderful hosts. We stayed in the King Size room. The room was large and immaculate, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer base. The bed was very comfortable and large, a nice touch was the individual adjustable reading lights above the bed. There were plenty of tea bags, coffee etc, with mugs and fresh milk available in a little fridge (never seen before!). Fresh flowers added that little extra touch.
The bathroom was easily large enough - with a large shower with extra horizontal jets, and complimentary toiletries.
The breakfast was lovely, for the record you can request baked beans, which are not on the menu. I highly recommend Katy's homemade raspberry jam. Overall a lovely experience and we have already booked our return trip.
