All rates are based on two people sharing and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rated but exclude; weekends, Christmas, New Year, Easter and any other Special Event Programme.

BED & BREAKFAST from £48.00 per person per night

Superior rooms are available at a supplement of £5.00 per person per night. Our ·Mini Suite· is available at a supplement of £10.00 per person per night.

SINGLE ROOMS, some of our double rooms are available for single occupancy. Please check our online reservation page for more details.

Weekend Stays, Please note that we only accept 2 night weekends and 3 night Bank Holiday weekends. As we have our own in house dining room we do ask guests to dine in at least once during their stay.

DINNER 3 courses, after dinner coffee and chocolates, £36.00 per person. inclusive of 20% VAT

Cancellation Policy:

28 days notice of cancellation is asked for on all reservations of 3 or more rooms and for all "Special Event Programmes". 14 days is asked for on all other bookings. A cancellation after the agreed period of notice will be charged in full, if the room is not re-let. However, if the room is re-let, we reserve the right to make an administrative charge of £35.00 per room per night. Please ensure your travel insurance covers late cancellations in the UK.
