A C19th converted vicarage in the centre of Goathland, Heartbeat country. A choice of double, master, twin, family and single rooms available, all ensuite. All have views over open countryside.

Dinner is served every evening except Sunday and Monday, we do ask that you pre book dinner on the night of arrival if required. Menu Dinner is served Tuesday to Saturday, 6.30pm to 7.30pm Sample Dinner Menu Starters: Home-made 'Bloody mary' soup finished with Smirnoff black label. Thai style chicken risotto cakes, sweet chilli dressing. Rosette of melon filled with a choice of blackcurrant sorbet or Parma ham. Flaky smoked salmon, avocado & creme fraiche (£1.95 supplement). Main Courses: Roasted supreme of chicken filled with mozzarella & sun-blushed tomatoes, wrapped in Parma ham with a pesto dressing. Locally reared Pork braised with apples, cider and cream. Char-grilled 'Orchard Farm' Aberdeen Angus rib-eye steak (£3 supplement). Fresh 'Whitby' Halibut baked with gruyere cheese, grain mustard and cream. Roasted vegetable & goat's cheese en-crute. All of the above served with a selection of vegetables and potatoes. Sweets: White chocolate and brazil creams, balsamic strawberries. Sticky toffee pudding. Coconut meringue nest topped with double cream and a pinapple and chilli salsa. Assorted ice-cream.
