RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
28 days notice of cancellation is asked for on all reservations of 3 or more rooms and for all Special Event Programmes. 14 days is asked for on all other bookings. A cancellation after the agreed period of notice could be charged in full, if the room is not re-let. However, if the room is re-let we reserve the right to make an administration charge of £30.00 per room, per night.
Please ensure your travel insurance covers late cancellations in the UK.
PAYMENT
Full settlement of the account on departure, please.
We would prefer payment by cash or credit card.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
It would be appreciated if guests would arrive between 2.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m.
We ask that guests vacate their room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
