Home > Helmsley

Helmsley was the ancestral home of Lord Feversham. Duncombe Park is an elegant house set in 450 acres of parkland open to the public from 1st May to 30th October, where the current Lord and Lady Feversham live. With an antiques fair being held in June, a dog show held in July and a craft fair held in August, there is always something for everyone! Duncombe Park. Helmsley Castle was built in the 1200s. It has recently undergone a thorough makeover by English Heritage, including a brand new visitor centre and an audio tour. The Castle is open all year round apart from Christmas and New Year. There is a small entrance fee. Helmsley CastleHelmsley
