  • 5 Stars Excellent B&B, highly recommended. Sue and George are lovely and extremely helpful. We were welcomed with afternoon tea and homemade cakes, which like the following morning's breakfast were superb! Our room was pleasant and the bed very comfortable - had a great night's kip. Masham was really enjoyable, the brewery tours are recommended and had a lovely Sunday stroll thanks to George's directions!   • 5 Stars Lovely warm welcome from Sue and George on arrival. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lovely garden to sit out in on nice days. Breakfast was a veritable feast and served piping hot. Bedroom was extremely comfortable. Best night sleep in a long time. En suite shower room bright and clean. Wont hesitate to recommend to the most pickiest of my friends.   • 5 Stars Have just spent 4 nights at the Garden House (30/7-2/8 2009). Mein hosts, Sue and George have to be the most hospitable and welcomingcouple I have met. My room was well-appointed,very comfortable and the breakfast outstanding - fresh local produce served piping hot and so much of it, there was no need for lunch. Add to this a very pretty garden, where you can sit and unwind and breathe in that clear Yorkshire air and enjoy the company of their lovely brown labrador,Evie,and you have the perefect venue for your holiday.Thanks very much Sue and George-will be recommending you to everyone I know.   • 5 Stars We just spent 2 wonderful nights at Garden House. It was a relaxed, friendly and homely enviroment, nothing was too much trouble, we felt welcome and treasured. I can highly endorse Garden House. The breakfast is second to none, you know you've been fed. It was also handy to have a Co op directly opposite with an ATM. Philip Walker, Co Durham
